Every project is different and the price and programme for your conversion will be set out in the written, fixed-price quotation we provide after a survey. Quotations and contracts

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it (normally 30 days). Work begins once you have accepted the quotation in writing and any deposit has been paid. The quotation, our project terms and any agreed variations form the contract between us for the work.
